Fantastic hassle free service
I have never had such fantastic dealings with a company that has been dealing with such high price equipment.
I am a Nikon user and hired a 70-200mm 2.8 lens for a wedding recently as mine was being repaired - the service was outstanding. Lens arrived day before hire started at about 11am.
Returning the lens was hassle free through their couriers (little expensive - but no more than Royal Snails next day (insurance puts up the price).
I have nothing but good things to say - communications were excellent - they provided an excellent UV on as lens as standard - and the packaging meant it was secure and safe during transit and in my boot to the location of the wedding!
I would recommend them to anyone - simple and effective. If you need a lens for 2 weeks or more and they haven't got any in stock - they will even buy a new one in - just for you!
I will be hiring again...
