Ordered 48 balls and it took them 3 days to tell me they couldn't supply the ones I wanted despite the website accepting my order. Re-ordered a different ball which admittedly came quickly, but was 2 short on my order!
Took 2 or 3 emails to get them to refund the difference - even had to supply my order number back to them despite emails with the same person.
