We didn't know that we had to return the greenhouse within 7 days. Trusted the website so though would be at least 30 days. We had to wait for a good joiner so a week later when they came and started to erect it they said they'd never worked with anything as complicated and then 1 hour later said that the nuts and bolts were not suitable and would not stay put. When one of them called [name removed] a customer service man told him that this was a common fault and that if I sent them an email he would request a refund upon return. Days went by and I emailed to find out what was happened to our collection of the greenhouse and was told that because 7 days had elapsed I would have to pay £35 for it to be collected. I immediately refused asking for the name of their MD who they gave me. I rang and spoke to [name removed] who tried to persuade me to have a replacement as he said they have sold thousands of the same greenhouses and never had any problems! I flatly refused. I asked him to waiver the £35 and he said he would check this out and call me the next day. He didn't - I rang him again and waited on the line whilst he finished another call. The person on the line then said "Mr [name removed] has just had to go out of the building and said he would ring me later" Of course, I new that later would never come so I reluctantly rang their customer service and agreed to pay the £35 returns charge. If this is how they run their company I can't see it lasting much longer. Stay away from [name removed] if you want a greenhouse!
