In this day and age, shipping service is the main competitive advantage for most companies. Myspokes however really don't seem to understand that. Having ordered the item 5 days ago, I'm told that the item isn't due to be dispatched for another 4 days - I only found this out today when I rang up, as the helmet still hadn't arrived at my door.
Cheap prices but that doesn't make up for the poor quality of service!
