I ordered 2 item from the fotosense website on 9th of April, both or which were shown as being in stock.
When nothing has arrived by 21st April I emailed fotosense and despite a promise of a 24 hour reply I am still waiting for a reply to this email.
I called the office on 23rd April and after a considerable time on hold I got through, explained the situation and was promised a return call. After several hours had passed and no return call received I called their office again to be told that they has tracked the package and that it had been delivered. I had to press for a copy of the tracking number and it transpired that the number they had given me was incorrect. i than had to call their office a third time to obtain a correct tracking number.
Eventually I tracked down the parcel to my local royal mail office where I discovered that the reason I had not received the package was that the fotosense warehouse had incorrectly labeled my house number on the consignment. I was further disappointed to realise that only one item had been delivered and there was a hand written note to say that the other would be with me asap, this was 24th April.
I then called the fotosense office again on 24 April to enquire as to the whereabouts of the item I had ordered, which was not delivered but still shown as in stock on the fotosense website. I was promised that it had come back in that day and would be sent out for dlivery early the following week.
Perhaps unsurprisingly by the end of the following week, 1st May, the item still had not arrived. I again called their office to be told to had been dispatched that day with no one being able to explain why I had been misinformed the previous week. I also emailed their office that day to further register my disappointment.
I then received an email the following Tuesday, (albeit after a bank holiday) to say the item had not been dispatched on the Friday but would go out that day.
