We're with BT at the moment, have been for around 2 years. Since then we've had numerous charges that shouldn't have been on there. Called up a couple of time to have to wait 20minutes for somebody in India to pick up. They then say they'll write a note on the system and the charge will be reversed (which doesn't actually appear to happen). Also upgraded with them to Infinity, to then get a bill for over £100 for leaving the previous contract early and £45 for the existing hub which I refused to pay.
REMEMBER to write down the VOL id number when dealing with them, as they are sloppy in keeping their promises.
I almost always purchase my electrical items from John Lewis.
The shops are always a pleasure to walk around, the staff are helpful, and they also offer an attractive warranty on the products.
Previously I had an item that went wrong for some reason, and John Lewis replaced it straight away without any issues.
Fantastic company, I have a lot of respect for the business and always recommend people to buy there.
I used to use eBay all the time, but it appears nowadays the majority of auctions are set by companies and eBay businesses.
There's nothing wrong with this, but it's not the same as it used to be where people are selling their used belongings for much less than it would cost in the shops.
We've been looking for a tablet for a while now, and Jexaa helped us choose a tablet that suited the needs of myself and my wife. Not once did they push us into the sale, but were honest and open about the uses for each tablet which we found rare to come by. The order was placed, and we received the tablet 2 days later.
The 'Jextab' works great; has some nice features too, and cost a fraction of the other tablets out there which put a smile on my face :)
Good work Jexaa.
