At last, service I expect

After several problems with my DIY orders this summer it was a pleasure to deal with Bathstore. The order went through without any problems. The communication for the delivery was excellent and phoned the night before with a two hour delivery slot. We did have a problem with a finish fault on one unit but when I phoned they apologised and arranged an exchange the next day..... I was almost lost for words as I was expecting them to argue with me as so many other companies had (even when they had sent the wrong item) Gloria was the last person I spoke to and she had a firm grasp on the concept of customer service and had an obvious pleasure in finding an answer to my queries and solving them. Also very pleased with the products and value. Cannot understand how other people have had problems with them. Would certainly use them again and other companies could learn from them about the importance of communication!


Awful service

The only thing good about this company is the prices. I ordered a shower and had an email promptly to tell me that it would arrive next week. I had no further communication at all and had to phone several times and it took over a month to arrive!!! When it did come the trap and waste were not included so I called again. As soon as I suggested that the service was not up to scratch the girl I was speaking to became very rude and tried to blame me!! Obviously she decided to not send the trap and waste. So much for customer service. I would never deal with this company again, I would rather pay more and save myself the hassle
