I have been a customer of Freestart for 13 years which is a recommendation in itself. The staff - both Administration and Technical Support are always on hand to give you help and advice and guide you through any problems you may encounter. Nothing is too much trouble. Customer Service is excellent A to Z from the start of the telephone call.
The end to end purchasing experienced was a joy. My expectations for each phase of the purchase was managed i.e. emails and telephone calls advising when purchase would be delivered. To top it off, delivery arrived on day and within time slot advised. Well done. Additionally the product a moss scarifier is excellent!!! Happy Days!!!!!!
My husband recently used the Services of Age Partnership and was very impressed with the Service he received. He suggested I do the same which I did, and from the very firs point of contact with Age Partnership, one felt that every question and action agreed was targeted to you as the 'Customer' which felt very reassuring. Additionally and I believe the real USP (Unique Selling Point) was that my expectations were excellently managed in terms of when the next action point was agreed i.e. phone call to confirm understanding, quote to be posted out, follow up phone call - date and time, etc, without exception I was kept in the loop with every step of the process. From the time of making the on line booking - including a telephone call to clarify something - to the day of delivery, my expectations were managed accordingly. A pre delivery call to advise when matteress would be delivered, and delivered on the day agreed - oh yea product not too bad either!!!!. Thank you
