Carrier Bag Shop
Basically great service with a minor niggle about the courier
Carrier Bag Shop get five stars - the order process was straightforward and clear, and my order was dispatched the next day. When I had a problem with the courier service, I managed to speak to someone who did her best to help, and she returned my call to give me an update - couldn't ask for more from Carrier Bag Shop.
However, had I been rating the courier service, they would only have got 3 stars - I was told that I would be able to see the one hour delivery slot on the morning of delivery, but this information wasn't available. I then couldn't find a number to contact anyone at the courier company about it, and had to send an email chasing it up. I did get a prompt reply to this, but was told that the delivery driver was delivering 'on paper' rather than by computer, and so I wouldn't have been given a slot anyway. I ended up having to reschedule delivery because of the time it had taken to try and get an answer from them. The rescheduled delivery took place without a hitch, but I had a couple of hours of unnecessary frustration until it was resolved.

Brilliant service, brilliant product
I found Orbit Print on Google when I was looking for a way to print my business logo onto a large canvas. Orbit Print's website was very easy to use, and I was delighted that you could stipulate the size of canvas you wanted. The order process was straightforward, and my questions were answered quickly and courteously by email. I was kept informed every step of the way, and when the canvas arrived, about a week later, it was exactly what I was looking for! I have been recommending Orbit Print to many of my friends and colleagues ever since - they are a very professional outfit giving good service, great products and all at reasonable prices.

Great service, fast delivery
I've been buying from Rajapack for over a year now, and I have been consistently impressed both by the clarity of the website, and also the helpfulness of the staff if you phone them. There is a great range of products too, and delivery is very fast and secure.
