Ordered a toaster - a bit slow in coming but it had to come from Germany so this was acceptable. The toaster is fine but it had an EU plug on it and contrary to what the web site said I was not sent an adapter for use in the UK. Spoke on the phone to Hi-Fi Tower, helpful man said he would send me an adapter straight away. Now 10 days later nothing has arrived so my toaster is still unused! Our post never normally goes astray so where is the adapter? I did ring again six days ago and was assured that the adapter was posted. All rather unsatisfactory.
Initial responce was good with quick delivery time but supply problems meant I had to wait for part of the order. Follow up was a bit slow with one wrong item sent but I found the phone contact I had was very good with helpful staff who understood and sorted out the problems. I am now fully satisfied. One of the best companies I have dealt with when a problem has arisen.
