Don't buy from ACHICA! If there is a problem with your order they simply do not reply to any emails and they have no customer service phone line. I bought NEOM products from them - two of which I returned - I received no reply to my emails and no refund from ACHICA. I eventually contacted NEOM who contacted ACHICA on my behalf and obtained a promise that my issue would be dealt with. I still haven't heard anything and I'm now pursuing a refund via my credit card company. APPALLING SERVICE - STEER CLEAR OF ACHICA and look at their Facebook page for many similar examples to mine! You will see from my other reviews that I recognise and comment on good service when I receive it. This is the first time I have ever posted a bad review about a company but I feel very strongly about this and don't want others to suffer in the same way.
We are absolutely delighted with our bedroom furniture. Excellent quality at a very competitive price. There were real problems along the way - not Denelli's fault, I hasten to add. The Italian company made a mistake with our order but Vishal did everything he could to sort things out for us. This cost him time and money. He deserves 5 stars!
I have nothing but praise for Kenable and can recommend them unreservedly. Their communication via email was excellent and they gave me a delivery time which specified the hour in which the goods would be delivered. They arrived bang on time! Why can't other companies be as effective and efficient as this?!
Kenable were recommended to me by my electrician. He said that their prices were extremely competitive and he was right!
