I purchased a Panasonic webcam in February 2012 but did not try to set it up until January 2013 – almost a year after purchase.
Having failed to set it up I telephoned Network Webcam and spoke (with ought much hope) to Raymond in technical support
I have never in my life had such good, patient, knowledgeable and effective customer service. Raymond guided me through the setup process, explained clearly what he was doing and got the system working in both Internet and wireless mode in the space of a few minutes.
He left with the parting words ‘don’t hesitate to contact me if we can be of any further help’
If anyone reading this is thinking of purchasing a webcam or allied equipment I would thoroughly recommend Network Webcam and have nothing but the highest praise for their level of service (by the way I have no business or personal relationship with the company or any of its people)
