I like this company for most of their product. They seem to be upfront about everything and use simple, jargon free language. I often rent cars in other countries and it aggravates the hell out of me when things like tyres, windows and undercarriage are not covered. Yes. yes. I understand they don't want you to go off road, but that can be written into the clause (Often is). But what if you swerve to avoid a collision and end up in the ditch, is it fair to be penalised and end up loosing lots of money.
The good news is that Questor specifically states they cover this. I hope I don't have to put it to the test!
The only negative is that they will not allow you to take out the exact length of rental. You will always rent a car over a 24 hour period, e.g. if you rented for 1 day it may be from midday to midday. Questor will charge that as 2 days - frustrating! They confirmed that this was their policy.
I am happy with the dialtosave, having used them a few times. It is very easy to set up and usually easy to use. On one occasion I had problems getting a number and emailed them. It was sorted in less than an hour. The service was extremely quick and friendly. I like the fact that you are informed twice how much credit you have, so there is virtually no possibility of making an overseas call and paying the phone provider's ridiculous hourly charges. Long may they continue!
Now a year later, I am still happy with this company - lines are clear and usually I get a connection quickly
