We book a gutter clean last September and paid with a Groupon deal. We have tried to get them to come out to us a number of times. We have had two cancelled appointments so far and when we try to get a new date no one returns our calls. We final spoke to someone last week who said they would call us back but they haven't. We even wanted quotes for additional work to our roof but they are still not interested enough to call us back. We have now asked for our money back with Groupon. If this is their level of customer service then we really don't want them near our house anyway.
Ordered arrived I good time and was exactly as ordered. It also came in very nice box with a free pen. Can't fault the website, service or price.
