Mytyres
thoroughly helpful, professional and good value company
I recently bought a set of Pirelli winter tyres from Mytyres. I had hoped to buy a set of complete wheels - winter tyres on steel rims but it transpired that my latest model Honda had a wheel specification that had not yet arrived in the databases of the rim manufacturers. Mytyres were incredibly thorough in checking this out to ensure that the wheels I might receive would be the correct (and safe) choice. In the end the rims simply were not available (anywhere except Honda and they were out of stock. Mytyres made a full refund of all the payment I had up to then made. I then managed to source a set of second-hand alloy rims of the right size and went back to Mytyres to buy the tyres. The price was good and the tyres were delivered a few days later. Very good outcome and thank you Mytyres.

It doesn't get any better than this....
A simple form to fill in on line, posted phone in jiffy bag, 2 days later all the money in my account by BACS transfer. Perfect. Thank you Fonebank. What I got for my old iPhone 3GS paid for the extra I had to pay to get an iPhone 5 32GB instead of 16GB from Orange.

Good products and service - carriage costly for small order
good products, easy to order and delivered quickly but a bit expensive when placing a small starter order (25 boxes in this case).
