I originally ordered a Sony cybershot on the webiste as it says in stock it said it would be dispatched within 48hours, waited a week, nothing, sent 5 emails no reply, asked for refund 3 times, no reply, contacted Consumer Direct and they told me that I should send a recorded mail letter. I did, about 3 weeks ago, no reply. I am getting really frustrated, one of the worst shopping site on the earth. I do internet shopping about 10 times a month, never ever had such a horrible service.
