appalling lack of service and communication

nearly one month now and no workvest, I have tried to contact them (Beth) but no replies to my email, the money was taken out of my card straight away, there customer service or should I say lack of service leaves a lot to be desired,I have emailed that the order be cancelled and the money credited back into my account, I will post again if there is any change, I will certainly never use this company again simply because of their lack of communication
