I ordered a cooling pad for my laptop (5-7 days delivery).
Since they had a problem with their ordering system, I could not see what the status of the order was. The customer support assured the order would be processed.
After 5 days the order was cancelled due to "out of stock" and I got a refund.
Few days later I order again, as they had more than 360 items of it on stock. This resulted in another cancelled order, but this time I did not even get notice of the cancellation. Despite having 260 items on stock my order was cancelled. The order was even deleted from my account, such that I could only see the order status from a link I had stored.
At least the refunds were handled promptly.
I contacted customer support, but did not get an answer why the order was cancelled.
Customer support is reacting slowly. If you want to save yourself some time and nerves order somewhere else.
