was mad about Sony
but very poor customer service! Samsung here I come. have ps3, Sony lap tops x2, Sony all in one PC, Sony amp, cd player, Sony mp3 player. But now after the horrible customer service I will tick to Samsung. the customer service actually hung up on me.

money stuck b/w this company and the third party, the hassle of making a claim and calling the trading standers agency is killing me. lesson learned, pay more and get your peace of mind and if its looks too good to be true its probably a scam via a third party company after your money and card details

Excellent service!!!!!!
We are expecting our first baby in the next two weeks; we ordered some basic stuff and all famous buzz 3 . There was a problem with the adaptors. We e-mailed kiddycare and were very impressed with the speed they replied and superfast replacement.
