Not bad, but sadly not brilliant

Website is not too easy to navigate, but the ordering is relatively simple. There were no updates emailed out with the progress of the order, it was necessary to keep checking the website. Item was posted out the day before the final "expected delivery day" and then took several days to arrive via UPS.
The packaging looked like it had been trampled on.

I got my order, I'm pretty happy with it, but it took a long time and a bit more hassle on my part than I tend to have with other online stores.


It's time to leave

Sadly - after being transferred to Talk Talk from Tiscali, I've had nothing but problems since. Every time either I contact them, or they contact me, I get a different story.
My contract is finally up in September and although it will be a bit of a pain to do, I'm going to investigate the pros and cons of other suppliers and switch.


Easy to place order, quick delivery

What can I say? Exactly what you'd expect from a reputable retailer.
Finding the products I wanted was easy (admitedly courtesy of a Google Search).
Placing the order was easy.
Email updates (order placed, order despatched etc) were great.
Tracking number was supplied to trace delivery.
Goods arrived in perfect order within the time window advised.
