An utter disgrace!

They sent a battered second-hand camera (someone had helpfully put a sticker on the side saying "B-"), in place of the one I ordered.

This company doesn't appear to understand the UK's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations and has so far not refunded my money.

I fully expect to be reclaiming my payment in the Small Claims Court...
