[ Me 10:09:49]
Can you tell me your actual company name and registered address please
[ Sam 10:10:23
Why do you need my company name ?
[ Me 10:10:50]
UK law requires it to be on your web site. I can't find it.

Do you mean "why is that the law" or "why can't I find it"?
The 'conversation" seemed to grind to a halt here...

The only Dynamic Solution (ltd) I can find, was dissolved 4 years ago.
I've tried to locate "312 High Road, Wembley" on Google Street View, but I can't seem to find it.
There is actually a company name on their contact form - which says it is "Cognus Technlogy Limited".
It says their UK Office is :-
6 Vale Court
which appears to be a flat, or maisonette...
I always forget to leave positive reviews, so I thought I'd make amends....
Just bought a TV from Amazon (as a replacement for the one that Currys failed to deliver), and Yodel were the appointed courier...
Apart from not knowing at what time it would be delivered, everything was absolutely fine. The driver was helpful, friendly and courteous. He also dropped off a parcel for a neighbour (and remembered to put a card through their door).
If they'd been able to narrow down the delivery time, I would have given them 5 stars.
(PS - this delivery was made out of their Middleton, Gt. Manchester depot).
Received a message on the morning of delivery, that the item (a TV) had been received "damaged" by Knowhow, and that a replacement would have to be ordered. I presumed this must have been major damage, as obviously they wouldn't have opened the box to look inside. No problems though, as the replacement would be available for delivery the following day...
I rang them back on their premium-rate number (they claim it's a "national" rate number - which it isn't..) , and was issued with a new "Delivery Reference ". The new delivery was scheduled for 06:45 - 10:45 the following day, according to their web-site.
The new delivery slot was highly inconvenient, and required re-organising family life for a second time - but seemed to be a necessary evil, in order to complete the transaction. At 09:45 on the new delivery day, I received a phone call from Knownowt, saying, guess what :
"The product had been received damaged, but they could get a replacement for the following day". I told them where to stick it...
I have been a Currys customer since 1978; I'm now definitely an EX Currys customer! They are no longer in the same league as their competitors.
Bearing in mind that not one but two of these TVs were supposedly received "damaged" by Knowhow, today we received an email saying:
"Sorry for all the problems you have had on this product , we are still out of stock of this item. If you wish to wait or cancel the order please ring into Customer Services on 0844 561 0000 and they will deal with this."
This does at least seem to be an admission of what the actual problem was, rather than the line peddled by their Telesales team, that they were "damaged".
(It's worth pointing out that the order was already cancelled - six days ago - once by phone, and once on Curry's website. Looks like a Visa "charge-back" may be required to retrieve the £650 that Currys are still clinging on to :-(

They sent a battered second-hand camera (someone had helpfully put a sticker on the side saying "B-"), in place of the one I ordered.
This company doesn't appear to understand the UK's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations and has so far not refunded my money.
I fully expect to be reclaiming my payment in the Small Claims Court...
