Disappointed

I have recently ordered some products from BeatyBay.com. I got the wrong product. I offered to keep the product (I could use it) and then they could send me the right product and bill me for the difference. It was a cheaper product who was sent to me.
I thought it as an easy solution. I am an old costumer, so thought they would trust me. But they want me to send the product back. It is to big an effort for me and I have opened the new product. So now i have just resigned. .

Jeg havde købt meget billigere i El-giganten, jeg fortryder at jeg ikke undersøgte priserne først.

Installationen er i orden.Men kan det være rigtigt at jeg betaler 5.000 for en vaskemaskine og er så er teksten på displayet på svensk! Det virker som om jeg jeg har fået en tilfældig vaskemaskine!
