APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY - DON'T BOTHER

I have waited in for 3 separate DAYS after receiving telephone calls and txt messages confirming the delivery of an oven. I have spent hours on telephone speaking to advisers in very bad broken English, who really couldn't care less - one being a Manager who was rude and lied to me. He blamed the delivery company, despite a previous advisor who claimed Very had an IT error, who I'd already spoken to and they had advised me they had received numerous phone calls of complaint from Very customers.

If you are thinking of ordering from Very - DON'T, their service is APPALLING!!! Spend your hard-earned money somewhere else.

Best Value for Money

Have been using Royal Canin Gastro intestinal low fat for 3 1/2 years for Cocker Spaniel with Pancreatitis. Since using it, he has had clean bill of health and looks much healthier. Have searched internet for best price and Viovet ALWAYS are the most competitive, deliver promptly and offer overall first class service with updates of delivery times etc.

After Sales Service is absolutely APPALLING

Bought an Archos 70 250gb Internet Tablet in February 2011, which arrived the next day at a good price. Within 2 months the tablet was faulty and Lemon Digital were reluctant initially to deal with it. Upon our insistence, after contact Archos, they agreed for us to return the machine to them but that was 5 months ago. When they do bother to return emails (which isn't often) they make promises they don't keep and after we contact Archos direct 2 weeks ago, they told us they'd only just received machine. When we complained to Lemon Digital they told us it must be their 'returns department'. Despite disgusting service, Lemon Digital still haven't bothered to chase up our internet tablet and are still ignoring emails. BUYERS BEWARE DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SHOCKINGLY BAD TO DEAL WITH AND I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY CAN CARRYON TRADING/LYING. They did say we could make a purchase at cost price as compensation but I wouldn't deal with them again if there were no other companies on the internet.

Hello Nick,

You decided to send your Archos player to us. We sent it to Archos in France, they repaired it, they then returned it to us, we then returned it to you... I dont see how 2 weeks is a long wait considering the steps?

Please be kind enough to remove this review as it is not fair.
