Over a week taken to dispatch the order, False promises, Poor Customer Service, Not what it used to be.

This is from a frequent customer.

I placed an order on 30/10 with "Next Day" delivery and today is 06/11. Still no sign of the order. Been told that it was dispatched today on 06/11/12 with "Super Saver 3-5 days" delivery clearly when placing an order i was told its "Next Day Delivery"

Took 4 phone calls with atleast 10 minutes wait time on phone per call, multiple tweets on twitter and support ticket logged to CS.

Was promised that i would be sent voucher for 10% off via email and surprise surprise....No sign of voucher either, must be lost in post too.

This company is not what it used to be, i'm definitely staying away, Look at recent number of bad reviews left.
