The bathroom unit purchased was a very good deal but the company are supposed to contact the customer to arrange delivery. This did not happen and my enquiry email was not answered. The first I knew of the delivery arrangement was when the driver phoned for directions. As I was not in at the time this meant a change of plans in order to take the delivery.
