Ordered a Klipsch I groove. Item was dispatched quickly however it was in a torn box and the item had clearly been used and was substandard.
Returned the item and cannot raise any response by email, letter or phone. Still waiting 3 weeks later for a replacement or refund.
To add insult to injury I have been overcharged by £7 against the invoiced price
Have now passed to trading standards and Barclaycard to resolve
AVOID DATAKITS AT ALL COSTS
Just wish I had thought to check a review site like this before buying!!
