A pleasure to buy from
I bought an ex-display system and that (the ex-display bit) always makes me nervous. However, I had no reason to be anything other than delighted with the equipment and with the service from HiSpek. They telephoned me to confirm my order details and to ensure that I was aware the item was ex-display. Then the courier phoned the day before delivery to ensure that we could be there. They were courteous and helpful and when the equipment arrived it was pristine. If HiSpek hadn't pointed out at the point of order that this was an ex display I never would have known. It was perfect in every way and I've been delighted with my purchase. A genuine bargain from a great company.

Very unhelpful
My son has an account with them. When they allowed him to accidentally overdraw they charged him heavily. He applied for an overdraft facility and they turned him down. His charges total £225 for a six week period. He is a student with a part time job earning around £200 per month. How can he be expected to get out of that trap while they charge him more than half of his monthly earnings in charges? He is now dead against ever doing business with HSBC once he is in full time employment.

Choose them at your peril
Three are one of my least favourite organisations. They sold me a phone and when it broke after just 3 months, I sent it back to be repaired under warranty but they charged me for the repair insisting it was "misuse" when it absolutely was not. I will never do business with them again.

Top Notch
Bought an iPod Touch at a great price. Could not believe it when it turned up less than 24 hours later. Great product and first class customer service.
