Ordered goods via Amazon from Ellis Brigham. Received e-mail from on 21 February stating out of stock at central warehouse and trying to source from stores but no further contact since then. Chased them up on 26 Feb to be told that they were all out of stock but they had forgot to inform me and my payment had not been refunded. Needed this at short notice for a skiing holiday and now left with no chance to source them from elsewhere. Not a happy bunny !!!
Will say that the person I spoke to about this was apologetic but doesn't help me now.
