Excellent customer service
I ordered two pairs of Muck boots. Had a phone call saying one pair was out of stock and given the option of having one pair sent or waiting and getting both together. I chose to wait, but had an email the next day saying they were both on their way.
Arrived by next day delivery (at the company's cost)
I put them on and went straight out with the dog. I was disappointed to find one foot getting wet. When I looked closely at the boots when I got home there was a tear in the neoprene on one of them. I emailed GardenXL and they got straight back to me. I had to send a photo of the boots and within a couple of hours it was all sorted (even though I had worn them) and they had mailed me a returns label and sent me another pair of boots (also by next day delivery)
Absolutely brilliant customer service for a change. I was really impressed and would definitely use them again.
Waltons Garden Buildings
Quick delivery, cheap, great service!
Waltons were the cheapest for the fencing I wanted. With the free delivery I saved about £40 compared to a company 6 miles down the road who wanted £35 to deliver.
Good quality fencing, really quick delivery. I had a phone call to make sure the delivery day was ok for me, then on the day I had a call from the delivery driver when he was half an hour away.
All in all brilliant value for money and a great service. Would definitely recommend.
