excellent from the minute you enter the store

I have made many purchases (mainly large appliances) from John Lewis and i have always received what i paid for with that extra service that counts.

very bad experience

i would not recommend this company, the unit quality is actually good but the overall experience was unacceptable which resulted in us having to find another company to install the units and us being without a kitchen for 3 weeks.

Considering the cost of the units there are equal quality at a much better price available, very expensive mistake all in all
