its my nearest shopping center so shop alot in tesco do find them getting expensive things going up 50p to a pound on items i bought the week before . ive also found the staff not as friendly speacially the ones on customer service . what happened to service with a smile
still waiting on my order have not received confirmation if item has been dispatched , have telephoned twice and am waiting on someone phoning me back, they couldnt tell me if item was on its way or if it wasnt in stock . think they need better customer service were they can go into your account and tell you what exactly is happening . the second phone call i made had nothing on record of the first phone call i made which was marked as urgent .will wait and see if i get a phone call after second phone call i made which again was marked as urgent . ill not hold my breath though
