I use the Fulham branch a lot and they are very helpful, although very busy. Two issues. Firstly they are rather pricey so you have to trawl round the internet so you can then use their price match. Secondly they offer 10% off London Cycling Campaign members and all you have to do to become a member is sign up, no annual fees. Would have thought they could offer us the same discount
