After looking around for a Suunto Ambit Silver watch I found that Jura offered quick and reliable delivery - plus a highly competitive price.
Once ordered, I was kept up to date from the word go as to the status of the order, through processing and dispatch. Delivery was quick and efficient.

Products are great, customer service not so.
As usual the products I bought were great and do as reported.
Had occasion to contact customer service to try to cancel an order before it was sent. Didn't receive a reply and the order was sent any way.
All in all, MyProtein have been great and I suspect that on this occasion the service issue was just a hiccup.
For delivery I just use the standard service as, in recent times, the courier has taken longer than Royal Mail first class post!
