Very friendly service but bad communication and design from the artwork department

The person I dealt with at the office was really helpful and friendly, and the stock came extremely quickly once it was ordered, however the artwork department seemed to be rubbish - I kept having to resend the images and ended up doing most of the work for them as they did not seem to have a good understanding of aesthetics.

Thanks for your Review. My apologies that you did not experience a smooth approval process. I can see from your order the artwork was done free of charge for you by our printers.

Over the coming months we will be implementing an on-line approval system that will be managed totally in house by our artwork department.

You will then be able to deal directly with myself (David) for any of your future artwork issues.
