Poor packaging and not many pearls

Ordering online was quite easy. However, the courier system used was not great, the driver did not leave a card to say an attempt at delivery was made. When the balls arrived they was in a carrier bag. The advert clearly showed packaging, this was dissapointing as I was going to give some as a gift but cannot do that now. The balls I ordered were a mix of pearls and A grade, however on inspection the majority had obvious signs of wear. I have not used the balls yet to comment on the quality, I am sure they will play well but I hope improvements can be made to the overall customer experience.

At no point have we ever advertised any products with packaging. We pack our balls in a box to reduce wasted materials. Also, we will soon be introducing new 'clam packs' that can be purchased separately in the event that customers are purchasing balls as gifts!

No matter what grade of balls is purchased, playability is not affected.
