Ok until you have to return an item. I returned a damaged dvd to them 2 months ago, I have contacted them through their preferred email contact system on more occasions than I can remember, and I am still waiting for a refund. I wanted a replacement initially, but since discovering their inept customer service, I decided nether to buy from them again. I think the person who said they only reply after 3 or 4 email was being kind, I've sent 6 over the last few weeks without one single reply.
AVOID AT ALL COST.
They took my money within 2 hours, but didn't have stock-though the website didn't state the item was out of stock. They never rang me, even though they said they would. When I ring them on expensive 0870 line, they lie constantly, then put you on hold. I have rang them at least 10 times, and I always get a different answer. I cancelled the order over a week ago and was told that I would have money in 3-5 working days. Haven't. Rang again and they hadn't even actioned the refund process. On at least 4 occasions todays I have been told that I will refunded and have it confirmed by email. Hasn't happened. I've also been told I will be rung back when I've tried to speak to a guy called Harps who is supposedly a manager. He never rings. I've had the phone put down on me. I have rang trading standards and am about to ring the police. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY OF YOUR MONEY.
