I so wish I had've read this before I wasted my money! I ordered a product in June, I never received it. I contacted so special asking for a refund. [name removed] told me she now had the product and could send it with a free gift. I told her no it was too late (2 months later) and I wanted a refund. She said of course, it will be processed within 7-14 days. It's now day 16! I made contact with her two days ago and have heard nothing. Do yourself a favour and don't go there! What a shabby company who is living off stealing from others!
