Delivery late, then stolen and nothing done to save Christmas
Really disappointed. Chose a selection of lovely bottles to give as Christmas gifts, and arranged delivery the week before. Nothing arrived! Asked to have delivery redirected as we weren't home to receive it after then. Instead the delivery company left our package on the doorstep. Result? It was stolen! So our special detour back home to collect presents was for nothing. No help from the company on Christmas Eve, and only a limited apology. I had expected so much better.

Prompt, reliable and good quality
Very happy with the products I ordered and with the prompt delivery service. Everything was very well packaged (essential given it was very breakable!) and arrived in pristine condition.
Information about products was accurate.
Would definiely use Wineware again.
