Best value, fast delivery
Small fluoro tubes ordered from Lampshop as they were at least 100% cheaper than any other competitor! I was expecting the tubes to be a cheaper, unbranded version for this price, but they are a 'proper' well-known and trustworthy brand. Arrived safely in a padded jiffy bag a couple of days later. Will be shopping with them again.

Great customer service, efficient returns/exchanges
New swimming costumes and swim training aids ordered and delivered within a couple of days, and at a really good price. The costumes were too small so I posted them back requesting an exchange for just one, completely different costume, received a receipt of goods/refund notice the following day plus delivery confirmation that the new cossie was on its way. A day after that - new costume arrived! Really efficient service and I will definitely use them again - having had a similar situation (with a certain retailer to 'yummy mummies', rhymes with Yoden) who made a complete hash of it, this is online retailing as it should be. Johnnie take note!

Great price for good quality tyres and I was able to use the fitting centre I have known and trusted for years. Plus I got Quidco cashback too! Very happy and will definitely use again.

Sturdy, comfy and great value
I bought this for my daughter to chill out on in her bedroom whilst reading - however, it's never got up the stairs! All the family love it and it's really comfy, with great back support for us parents. The footstool really is a bonus. Delighted.
