All right.
Their delivery is good, but their prices seem to be a bit high. It is only that I am not wanting to change the glucosmine formula that my wife has been using that I stay with them There are much cheaper products readily available out there that seem to be of the same strength and quality.
The Stars thing is a nonsense. I've never had any friction with this company, I think they are very reliable, but I only rate them 3 stars because of their prices.
If you can not think of any other way to rate a company then perhaps you are missing something.

They are very helpful and patient and you are made to feel that your order is important, but without any pressure. A nice experience.
