Bed arrived as described. The delivery was supposed to be in the morning (not the next day but the following one). 2 pm passed and still no sight of the courier. Getting through to customer service turned out next to impossible - I guess staff was out for lunch. When finally someone picked up the phone the matter was resolved pretty quickly and item was with me within 20 mins.
Well, I prefer to believe it was an isolated incident, and considering the bed quality and home delivery service (no need to book a van) I might still give the company a try next time.
