Product arrived via courier service but this is reflected in the postage costs which are quite high.
Would definitely purchase from this store again.

Good Online Service
I would certainly recommend this company for ordering goods.
Easy online service and goods arrived within days.
My only complaint was the box that my item came in was quite bashed, did not effect the quality of the boots, but if these were to be given as a gift I would want the whole item to be in pristine order, hence why they lost a star.
On the whole though would use again.

Cheap & Reliable - a store that is a must for anyone with a pet!
I have used Petmeds on numerous occasions and always find them reliable and their prices are always competable .
The have a huge range of items for your pets and much cheaper then what the high-street or your vet will charge.
My only complaint is the cost of postal charges, hence why they lost a star.
If you only need one item then the P+P charge is too pricy and they have often lost out on additional orders from me because of this reason.
However, I would certainly recommend them for bulk or expensive items and I'm sure no customer will not be disappointed if you give them a go.

Very Good Service & Would Recommend
When purchasing the goods there was a problem with the postage charges so I had to contact the company who stated they would look into the problem and even though the said it would not be until the next working day I received a call approximately 1 hour later (on a weekend) and the problem was resolved. The goods arrived approx 2-3 days later. The site is very comparative to other companies and do appear to be slightly cheaper on the goods that I needed to order. I would certainly look at this site again when needing to order products for my pets.

Ordered my usual dog food from this company due to the special promotion they had on at the time - not only did I save myself over twenty pounds the delivery was also very swift. Will definately be looking to see if there are further promotions on next time I need to replenish.
