This joke of a company sold me tickets that had already been cancelled.
I travelled from Sheffield to see Jimmy Carr in London tonight. After spending money on travel, parking, hotels and underground, I get to the venue to be told the tickets have been cancelled.
Guy at the box office checks and kindly informs me that the tickets had been cancelled months ago and there was nothing he could do.
We left, no show, wet, unhappy and over £400 out of pocket due to this. As to how they are allowed to do this I don't know but it amounts to obtaining money by deception or fraud.
Their phone line puts you in a queue instead of telling you that they are closed. Only after waiting an hour did we find out via the site in small text that they were closed - how helpful.
They offer £5 for a review when you receive your tickets. This is my honest and truthful review, lets see if I get my £5. Then again, a small claim will probably be better as I will claiming my costs back due to their negligence and dishonesty.
