2 bikes ordered, none received. Not great.

my parter and I have each individually ordered bikes from their web store. Mine never arrived and I received a curt email telling me that my order was cancelled due to the bike being out of stock... No alternatives were offered.

My partner ordered a bike from them and it was badly packaged with a helmet so both were damaged and had to be returned. We then were sent an email informing us that the bike was out of stock and the order had been cancelled AFTER the order had been pu in for a second time by their support team... Just not good enough.

Won't be going back, which is a shame, would rather buy from them than from a larger company but not at the cost of good service.
