I tried to verify my creditcard when buying af serialcode for a game. Verification failed and I got the message "Your card is blocked". Then I thought it was not possible to shop at oneplay.com (becdause my card was bocked), and I went on and bought the game in another webshop. After half an hour the serialcode from oneplay arrived and my "blocked" card was charged the prize of the game. So now I have payied twice for the same game. And the only response from OnePlay is, that just because my card was blocked does not mean that the order is not beeing fullfilled and invoiced. I find that behavior highly un-ethical !!!

I ordered the barbecue of my dreams and hoped that shipping it as far away as denmark was possible. Everything worked fine and my Barbecue arrived safely at my home on the day I was promised by Garden XL. Contact to Customer service was good and the reply was swiftly and relevant.
