Talktalk
Not so hot.
Was overcharged for some time by Talk Talk- wrong plan. Admitted by them and when I found a cheaper supplier (telephone and Broadband) the response was less than friendly. Not a happy experience.
Screwfix
Excellent choice, fast delivery.
Have had a Screwfix catalogue for many years. An excellent company to do business with and extremely fast delivery. Any problems are dealt with very quickly and fairly. Cannot be faulted.

Quality goods, excellent choice.
I have shopped (mostly online) with Next and have never been disappointed. The speed of delivery is very fast, and if you need to exchange or return an item, that is straightforward. Good range of clothes and household items.
Ebay
Excellent for buying and selling. Just great.
I have found ebay to be a great chance to sell all manner of household goods, that are no longer needed. When I tell my friends about my experiences with ebay (all good) they want me to help them to start using ebay.

I love Amazon!
Trustworthy and efficient. Have bought many items (mostly books!) from Amazon over the years and on the very rare occasion there was a problem, it was swiftly put right. Probably my favourite site (plus I am a book lover).

Exceptional delivery.
I ordered a Hedgehog House and it was delivered the following day by a friendly delivery driver. Very pleased with the item and very fast, efficient delivery. Cannot be faulted and a very happy shopping experience!
