Poor Service
I was in Burton on Trent. Film was excellent. Service was appalling, the managers or supervisors were oblivious I wanted serving, the colleagues were indifferent and than to cap it all was charged 5.00 for going over by 15 mins for the car park, yes I know 4 hours is long enough for a film but I ate next door at Franky and Bennys.

So Much Fun
Apple products are innovative, but I find itunes so much fun, (it may not be the cheapest but its legal). You can pick and choose what you want. Can't wait for ICloud.

We all know about their legendary delivery service. On 2 occasions I've had to return items because they did not work, quick and efficient refund, exemplary communication.
Dell
Good Kit, Appalling Customer Service.
With innovative pieces of kit, but when they go wrong their customer service is appalling, they try and get out of their obligations. Know your rights and you will be fine.
Ryanair
You get what you pay for.
Just what I need for a quick flight, no frills. I always find additional charges upfront, extras that YOU have a choice to purchase, all businesses have a right to make a profit. Congrats Mr O'Leary.

Excellent Service.
Can I just say what a delight it was yesterday, I downloaded Office 2010 yesterday for my daughters new computer, had a slight niggle which I contacted Software 4Students and within a couple of hours they had replied and everything was up and running as it should be. The niggle incidentally was my fault! Thanks.
