I placed an order early December, and had my card debited at the time, around £70.
I kept phoning customer services to ask where my order was, for NINE WEEKS, only to get fobbed off every time.
I have been a long term customer, but now will look for alternative products with a more reliable company
HotelsClick.com advertise rooms that are not available. They immediately charge the full amount to your credit card, before informing you that there is in fact no availability. You will later receive an email which states that your card has been charged and you will receive a refund in 2-3 business days. This is totally unacceptable practice and ammounts to fraud.
Stick with the more reputable companies if you don't want to risk this hassle.
