Easy web site to use. Cards are really good quality and fun. Easy to set up an account, extra credit if you deposit £20 normally.
Travel Republic
long winded
Ive used Travel republic a few times but find the web site a little long winded some times. When booking flights, hotel and car hire you have to do several searches and once confirmed you receive several
e-mails which can get a little confusing some times.
Ryanair
On time as normal
Just got back from hoiliday using Ryanair to fly with. As normal not looking forward to the flight home. Bag drop was fast and easy, boarding was smooth and the flight was good with plesent staff. Landed 25 mins early which was lovely. The only thing that gets me is the cheesy fan fair as you arrive announcing you are on time. makes me smile.
John Lewis
Price match honered
After reviewing a camera at John Lewis I found it cheaper on line some where else. I e-mailed John Lewis to advise them of it and within days they got back to me to confirm they will honor the price match.
The e-mail gave me the details of what i needed to do, I went into store and bought the camera at the discounted rate,

Rentalcars
Best rental car company to use
Ive used several hire car companies on the net and over the phone when i go away. Rentalcars are by far the easyest and best to deal with.
The web site is simple to use, prices are very good and the companies used are always reliable providiing good quality cars.
This year we booked but due to a flight change i had to change car rental times. I called Rentalcars who changed the details within seconds and to my supprise i wasnt cnaged any admin fee i was catually givena refund as the cost was lower. (this is unheard of normally)
