EXCELLENT CHAIN OF HOTELS
My wife and I have stayed in many MacDonald hotels and usually enjoy fantastic weekend breaks. Staff are trained superbly, cleanliness is always to a high standard and the food is consistently fantastic - especially the breakfasts. On a couple of occasions when there have been slight issues, the customer service has been second to none, errors correctly immediately and we have left perfectly happy with the outcome. Many thanks to MacDonalds - keep up the good work!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Poor customer service from a phone company will not shock most readers of this review, but having changed bill information 6 times involving many conversations with Vodafone you would think they would get the message. Oh no, 6 months later I STILL receive incorrect bills! Unbelievable!

CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXISTENT - UNPROFESSIONAL
Local depot ok which is a shame as the head office staff and other depots employ unprofessional, rude and arrogant staff who are extremely unhelpful. Be very wary when choosing to use this Company as when things go wrong, you will find their customer service extremely poor indeed.
